Fiftysix provides consulting and advisory services related to technical systems, websites, and decision support.
All services are:
- advisory and consultative in nature
- non-operational
- non-fiduciary
- based on professional judgment and experience
We do not operate, deploy, maintain, monitor, or manage client systems unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
2. No Guarantees
All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, financial results, system security, profitability, or business success.
Clients retain full responsibility for decisions, implementations, and actions taken based on any advisory input.
3. Engagements and Agreements
Specific consulting or advisory engagements may be governed by separate written agreements, statements of work, or subscription terms.
Where a signed agreement exists, that agreement governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Some services may be offered on a one-time or recurring subscription basis.
- Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
- Refunds, if any, are governed by the applicable service agreement
We do not store full payment card information.
5. Communications

Availability is not continuous or real-time unless explicitly stated in writing. No service-level guarantees are implied by responsiveness.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their own data, code, and intellectual property
- Fiftysix retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how
- Any materials, examples, or recommendations are provided as-is and without warranty
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property by implication.
7. Confidentiality
Non-public information shared in the course of consulting or advisory services is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable agreements or reasonable professional standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiftysix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree not to:
- misuse the website
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- interfere with site operation
- use website content in violation of applicable laws
