Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026
Business name: Fiftysix LLC, doing business as Fiftysix
Contact: hello@fiftysix.tech

This policy covers this website, fiftysix.tech, and the advisory work Fiftysix LLC (“Fiftysix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does with its clients. It is short because the site collects very little.

What this site does not do

  • It has no analytics and no tracking scripts.
  • It sets no cookies.
  • It has no accounts, no sign-up and no newsletter.
  • It takes no payments.
  • Apart from one anti-spam check on the contact page, described below, it loads nothing from other companies. The pages, fonts, images and video all come from this site.

What we do receive

When you load a page. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic details of your request when you load a page. We do not keep those details. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.

When you write to us. When you send the contact form, your name, your email address, your company if you give one, the topic you chose, your message and the page on this site you came from go to a small service we run on Cloudflare. It checks the message and passes it to Resend, which delivers it to our inbox. The service does not store it. To keep out automated spam, the contact page also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser to confirm that a person is sending the message. If you email us directly instead, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you wrote.

When you work with us. Advisory clients share information with us in the course of the work. That information is confidential and is handled under the agreement for that engagement. Invoicing and payment for client work happen outside this site.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we would rather you did not send it by email.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to do the work we have agreed to do, and to meet our legal obligations. That is all.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who else handles it

Three providers: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs the contact form service and its anti-spam check; Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox; and our email provider, which carries and stores the messages you send us. Nobody else.

Kaisersolver

Fiftysix, a US company, is the entity of record operating Kaisersolver, a solver on CoW Protocol. Kaisersolver has no customers and no accounts, and it never holds anyone's funds. It works only with the public order data the protocol publishes to every solver. It does not collect information from visitors to this site.

How long we keep it

Emails stay in our mailbox until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to delete them. Client materials are kept for as long as the engagement and its agreement require.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@fiftysix.tech. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and we will answer whoever asks, wherever they are.

Children

This site and our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as GitHub and LinkedIn. They are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those sites until you choose to follow one, and their own privacy policies apply once you do.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
